Richard Belcredi is founder and Managing Partner of Belcredi & Partner. His range of expertise encompasses M&A, succession consulting as well as specialist management consulting. As consultant, his projects have ranged from buy and sell mandates in Austria, in several countries throughout the European Union as well as in CEE countries. Furthermore, he has advised companies, banks and receivers in distressed M&A transactions.

He embarked on his professional career as a management consultant with Metra Proudfoot in Brussels and Donhauser & Partner in Munich. He acquired his expertise in corporate and investment banking at Chase Manhattan Bank in Vienna and London.

Prior to founding his own boutique practice, he established a corporate finance advisory group and a private equity fund with an Austrian private bank, Bank Gutmann.

Richard Belcredi holds a degree in social sciences and economics from the University of Vienna. He serves on the supervisory board of numerous companies and is board member of several foundations/trusts.
